For an airship to fly properly, it can't just use lifting gas. It must balance its lift with weighted ballast to keep the ship flying straight and under control, a process called "weighing off". In life, we are products of our experiences, both negative and positive. We can't just forget the bad things that happen to us, or let them overwhelm us. We must learn from them, understand that others can relate to those difficulties, and balance the lessons we learned with the desire to push forward.
